Can I block a bed for maintenance?+

Yes. Blocked beds are excluded from vacancy counts and from AI Caretaker room suggestions until you unblock them.

Does it work for flats rented as whole units?+

Yes. A unit can be one 'room' with one 'bed', so landlords with many flats see them on the same board.

Can staff see only their building?+

Yes. Wardens and managers can be limited to specific properties.

Can I print the board?+

You can export any floor as a PDF or spreadsheet for offline records.
