Pricing questions
What counts as a bed?+
Every bed you list on the Room Board, occupied or vacant. A flat rented as one unit counts as one bed. Beds blocked for maintenance are not billed.
Do payment charges come from you?+
No. UPI, card and net banking fees are charged by the licensed payment partner at their published rates. Aptkorb does not add a margin.
What happens after the free trial?+
Pick a plan to continue. If you do not, the account pauses and you can export your data at any time.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Plans change from the next billing month as your bed count grows or shrinks.
